Skills-based performance training for clarity, follow-through, and momentum when everything feels like too much.
Hi, I’m Jennifer Noll Sparks. I’m the founder of Create the Win System and a licensed therapist by training. I now offer skills-based performance training for people navigating overwhelm under real-world pressure.
IF THIS IS YOU
You’re capable. You have ideas. You know what you want to build.
But overwhelm makes everything feel heavier than it should. You overthink. You stall. You lose momentum, even when the goal matters. Not because you’re unfocused, but because your internal system is overloaded.
That’s the problem Create the Win™ was built to solve.
THE PATTERN
Different stories, different seasons of life, but the same underlying theme kept emerging:
“I just feel overwhelmed.”
That word showed up again and again. Under the stress, the emotions, and the stuck places, I heard the same thing. So I followed it.
It became the thread running through my work, and through my own life.

This started way before I became a therapist.
As a kid, I had a hard time focusing. I worked hard, but I could not consistently access my attention and follow-through the way school demanded. I learned early what it feels like to be capable and still struggle to execute.
That pattern followed me into adulthood. Under pressure, my system did not respond to willpower. It responded to overload, and overload makes even simple decisions feel heavy.
So I built tools to help me shift state, regain clarity, and take the next doable step. Those tools became Create the Win, and they are especially powerful for high-achieving women who are ready to take a real leap, like starting a business, and want a reliable way to move through overwhelm into execution.
A deeper look into the path that’s shaped my work—and the principles that guide how I support others.
Expertise and experience
Education
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University. My academic training focused on human behavior, stress, and change under pressure.
Focus
Create the Win is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These principles are adapted into skills-based training tools, not provided as psychotherapy.
Training
My work is informed by evidence-based approaches to regulation, attention, and behavior change, including cognitive and acceptance-based frameworks. These methods are translated into practical, skills-based tools designed for real-life use, not clinical settings.
Experience
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with high-performing individuals across demanding environments. This includes supporting people through major transitions, high-stakes decisions, and moments where overwhelm threatens momentum.
Approach
My approach is grounded, direct, and deeply human. I prioritize small, sustainable shifts that restore capacity and create momentum, especially when everything feels like too much.
Values
I value agency, clarity, and progress over perfection. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel supported enough to take real risks and move toward what matters.
This work isn’t about fixing you— It’s about helping you move forward.
Why now?
Because the leap you want to take will not happen through willpower alone.
Because overwhelm turns decisions into fog and momentum into stop and start.
Because the tools that help most have to work in real life, in real moments, when pressure is high.
If you are ready to build something of your own, I want to help you take the wheel on your terms, in your timing, one doable win at a time.
